GNX Wind Anemometer
GNX Wind provides the essential wind speed data you need to make decisions. Featuring a high-visibility, glass-bonded backlit monochrome LCD display with customizable backlight colors, the GNX Wind connects via NMEA 2000® and can simultaneously display two data fields and a digital wind map, showing real and visible wind data, steering guidance, boat speed, etc. Its low power consumption of 350 mW during the day (no backlight) and 400 mW at night (medium backlight) makes it perfect for sailboats. Customizable user settings allow you to configure the screen according to your personal preferences. The display configuration includes more than 15 important marine parameters, such as wind speed, boat speed, and navigation. It can even wirelessly connect to a quatix® 3 GPS marine smartwatch via ANT® technology, streaming wind speed data directly to your wrist.
Wind Wireless 2 Probe
The Wind Wireless 2 probe features an easy-to-install solution, eliminating the need for up to 50 feet of cabling. Precise wind speed signals are transmitted directly to a GNX Wind anemometer or a compatible Garmin GPSMAP® charter via ANT cable. This probe features the renowned Nexus® Dual Fin Technology with a 3-bladed propeller, providing accurate wind speed and stable wind angle even in light winds. A wide range of wind and nautical kits are also available (sold separately), which can be used as a stand-alone anemometer or expanded into a complete network system via NMEA 2000.
